What's included in the cost?
Class materials and daily lunch and snacks.
What hotel do you recommend?
We recommend the Drury Inn at 9009 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Mission, KS 66202. Call 913-236-9200 to make reservations and mention Interlink Supply to receive the rate of $91/night for one king bed or two queen beds.
What days should I travel?
Please schedule your arrival on Sunday prior to the symposium and your departure on Tuesday after 7:00pm.
What time should I fly out the last day of class?
Class ends approximately 4:30 the last day. The instructors are available for one on one time, so in order to gain the most benefit from PTW, we recommend you fly out no sooner than 7:00pm.
What's the cost to bring a 2nd person from my company?
Second and subsequent registrants from the same company receive a $200 discount off the normally priced tuition of $849. They pay $649.
How should I pack?
We recommend business casual attire. As the room temperature can get cool, we also recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater. Laptops and tablets can be brought into the meeting room, but electrical outlets are limited.
What if I need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy allows for a credit to be used for future symposiums. Refunds are not given. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event are subject to a $300 non-refundable processing fee. If prices change, you will be required to pay the difference in order to meet the current price for the event you will actually attend.
